Alusak
Na Sádkách 3572, KroměřÞ, Zlinsky, Czech Republic | Aluminium Recycling
Alusak, whose main activity is the processing of aluminum waste and the production of aluminum alloys, was founded in 2006 as a subsidiary of the dynamically developing Saker Group. In the initial phase, the production of aluminum alloys was carried out in crucible furnaces with a production volume of 200 t / month.
In 2008, there was a fundamental change, when crucible furnaces were replaced by technology of melting in rotary kilns. This change was made with the intention of increasing the production capacity and increasing the quality of the aluminum alloys produced. The technology of melting under salts in rotary kilns was further developed by Alusak, and the operation was gradually expanded to include other rotary and stabilizing furnaces.
The furnaces are equipped with powerful gas-oxygen burners with high efficiency and automatic afterburning, which together with a modern filtration system ensures maximum ecological cleanliness of the entire operation.
