Born from the observation of a need for the management and recovery of construction waste in the region of Mont-de-Marsan, CLTDI (Landais Center for Sorting Industrial Waste, created in 1998) and CLVM (Landais Center for Valorization of Materials , created in 2008) occupy a leading role in the field of industrial waste sorting in the Landes.

These companies collect and sort nearly 30,000 tonnes of waste per year and recover more than 70% of this waste.

Two centers are located near the waste production basins: Saint-Avit and Bégaar.

CLTDI and CLVM guarantee the treatment of the waste they collect, in accordance with the legislation and ensure permanent traceability in accordance with regulatory obligations.

CLTDI-CLVM's performance stems from its ability to constantly adapt to changes in the various recycling channels. Through complete control of the sorting and recycling chain, CLTDI-CLVM is effectively committed to the preservation of natural resources.
