Our enterprise

Resolest is a joint venture subsidiary of the Solvay and Sita Spécialités Groups.

The company employs around twenty people for an investment of € 12 million.

Since 2003, Resolest's innovations have made it possible to recycle nearly 800,000 tonnes of brine while saving natural resources.

The authorized capacity of the installation is 50,000 tonnes per year for flue gas treatment residues from energy recovery from final municipal waste and 15,000 tonnes per year from the treatment of industrial fumes and industrial salts. .

RESOLEST

The process developed by RESOLEST® makes it possible to recover the salt from these residues when flue gas purification is carried out with sodium bicarbonate. The salt obtained in the form of a purified brine is recycled in an industrial process and thus replaces part of the raw materials for the manufacture of glass constituents.
