The milestones of the 50-year-old Ruedersäge AG.

2019

Takeover of the log truck from our previous transport company, which has been retired.

2018

Investment in a new planing system with mechanization and a new extraction system.

2013

Installation of a wood drying chamber. We can now dry wood, steam or treat ISPM15 (for export packaging)

2016

Acquisition of new nailing robots for the production of pallets.

2009

Construction of a new hall for cutting to size and integration of Strengelbach's new container production in Schlossrued.

2005

Takeover of the production of Lüst pallets. Production expansion with one-way pallets and one-way lids.

2004

Service expansion with the printing of barrier slats and toe boards with customer signet and installation of a large planing machine.

2001

Manufacture of red / white barrier slats from Swiss wood.

2000

Expansion of the product range with wood-based materials.

1999

Installation of the new log sorting trolley with dividing aid.

1992

Installation of the chopping system and conveyor systems. Commissioning of the sawdust and wood chip plant.

1991

Completion of the expansion and expansion of the buildings and facilities. Replacing the old machines. Installation of the new sawmill. Gate system - double edger circular saw line - sorting system.

1990

The second generation moves into Ruedersäge AG with Pascal M. Schneider.

1983

Incorporation of the pallet repair workshop. Purpose: repair of EURO pallets. Trade in pallets and clip-on frames.

1980

Area expansion through land purchase of 1830 sqm. Further expansion of the storage area. With this land, the plant area could be rounded off. The entire factory area is 12,867 square meters, has been expanded and can be accessed by truck and forklift.

1972

Area expansion through land purchases of 5073 sqm. Expansion of the sawn timber storage area.

1970

Foundation of Ruedersäge AG, Schlossrued. Initiator and founder: Arthur Schneider, Würenlingen. Purchase of the 5964 sqm land parcels in Längenthal and a sawmill with a residential building. Purpose of the company: Operation of a sawmill and trade in wood and related products.
