In addition to the newly produced machines, there are currently over 50 second-hand machinessuch as press containers and presses available. The service provided by Webaria AG includes both the rental and the sale or leasing of the devices. Story

1973

Foundation of Webaria, RH Weber & Co., in Zurich

The company was entered in the commercial register under the keywords air purification, sale of air filters for ventilation and air conditioning, odor neutralization and environmental technology. When it was founded, Webaria took over the representation of the LWU Frankfurt / Main in order to supply old people's homes, hospitals and medical practices with air purification devices. Clean-air devices were also used, for example, in industrial companies, administrations and department stores. In daily consulting practice, it quickly became apparent that unpleasant smells are often mainly caused by waste. It was therefore obvious to work for better, more hygienic, more rational and also more environmentally friendly waste disposal.

1974

Acquisition of representation for Mercodor shredding machines

With the shredding machines, Webaria was able to offer its customers suitable solutions to reduce the volume of waste.

1986

Relocation to Oetwil an der Limmat and takeover of representation for Avermann machines

The market dynamics in the field of waste management is constantly increasing. Webaria uses its excellent knowledge in this area and expands the offer. With the takeover of the Swiss general agency for Avermann machines, Webaria proves once again that it is on the pulse of the market. Avermann is one of the leading providers in high-quality plant and special machine construction.

1988

first major waste concept orders

In addition to advice and sales in the field of presses, shredders, containers and systems, Webaria now continuously takes on orders for the conception of disposal processes. At this time, Webaria also took to the streets with its first assembly trolley that was specially set up for the service technician.

1989

Relocation to Dietikon and foundation of Webaria AG

Business that is going well requires an adequate legal form.

2009

Change of ownership

After 36 years in the service of Webaria, the founder Rolf H. Weber decided to take a well-deserved retirement and sold Webaria AG. His successor, Tony Schwarzentruber, has in-depth knowledge of the recycling industry as well as many years of experience in waste disposal technology, logistics and the financial sector.

2010

Relocation to Küssnacht am Rigi

The company domicile was relocated to central Switzerland.
