Valchisa SA

Valchisa was born in 1966  to the founders Stefano Valli, Plinio Chiesa and Sandro Sasselli.

At the beginning of the following year, the company was active in the field of cleaning pipes, wells and septic tanks, offering its services to both public and private entities. After a short time, at the beginning of the 1960s, Valchisa expands its activity in the transport and recycling sector of glass and paper, through a multi-bucket and multi-lift system. Furthermore, at the end of the 1980s, the company organized the collection of PET throughout the canton for more than 15 years. Towards the end of the nineties, the company built the first Sopraceneri plant for the treatment of sludge aspirated from road shafts, which was put into operation according to OTRif regulations and with the authorization of SPAAS.
