To this end, we employ long-term unemployed people and people receiving social assistance as well as recognized refugees as employees. We offer them a meaningful activity. And that for an unlimited period of time.

GadPLUS AG does not receive any subsidies from the state. The operating costs are financed through the added value. The wage costs of the employees are refinanced through the canton. This wage cost refinancing replaces part of the social assistance. In this way, those receiving social assistance become employees.
