Kieswerk Hüswil AG

Kieswerk Hüswil AG is a generation project. We carry on the basic idea of ​​our ancestors and refine our local soil resource, the bowl gravel. We attach great importance to innovative, economical and sustainable production. That is why the gravel pits are dismantled into valuable nature reserves after the gravel has been extracted.

Sustainability is our mission

A contract was signed with the Energy Agency for Industry (EnAW) for the years 2013 to 2020. In close cooperation, this measure aims to increase energy efficiency and the resulting reduction in CO2 emissions.

The core is the voluntary target agreement of our company. We implement the efficiency measures on our own responsibility and thus contribute to compliance with Swiss or cantonal energy and CO2 laws.

We are satisfied with the result of our company's own energy policy, as we have achieved the target path set. We want to build on these successes in the future and continue to contain the climate-damaging greenhouse gases in our companies in order to support the Swiss goals from the Paris Agreement.
