2003 Integration of Otto Hasler AG into Gloor Transport AG. Otto Hasler AG remains as a separate stock corporation, but is no longer based in Strengelbach, but at the domicile of Gloor Transport AG in Zofingen.

Certification of the two companies according to ISO 9001: 2000 by Swiss TS Technical Services AG (formerly TÜV Schweiz AG). For Gloor Transport AG this is a recertification, while Otto Hasler AG now has a certified quality management system for the first time.

Otto Hasler AG takes over the activities of the sole proprietorship Max Amsler, waste collection service, Oftringen.

Merger of Gloor Transport AG / Otto Hasler AG. From now on the appearance of the two companies takes place uniformly under 'Gloor Transport AG'
