Our company Suomen Akkukeräys Oy is Finland's oldest and most traditional family company specializing in the recycling of lead-acid batteries. We are already operating in the third generation.
Our office is located in Rauma, but our business area covers the entire country of Finland.
The first was Rauma Scrap
In 1984, the company Rauman Romu Oy started a scrap battery recycling system covering the whole of Finland. Initiating this activity was likely to improve the environmental friendliness of battery recycling.
Recycling operations began in 1989 with our family company Suomen Akkukeräys Oy, where we have recycled hundreds of tons of batteries ever since.
Our office is located in the Port of Rauma, our office in Old Rauma.
