History

The Frutos e Hijos company was founded in Valladolid in 1885 by Mr. Víctor Defrutos when he was awarded the garbage collection of the Royal Palace of Madrid.

The main activity of the company in those years was the recovery of rags, bones, glass and metals. This performance was carried out in an artisanal way.

In 1956 Enrique De Frutos Diaz moved his domicile and his Company to Seville, where his sons Enrique and José Luis continued their activity, and it was then that he adopted his current name, Enrique De Frutos e Hijos SA, which he currently manages the grandson of Enrique de Frutos, this being the 5th generation.

De Frutos, SA is a company specialized in the storage, processing and recycling of all types of metals. With more than 150 years of experience in the use of all types of materials, we develop a work of constant improvement, with high quality standards, a high degree of specialization and ambition for continuous improvement to offer the cleanest processes and the best service. We not only understand our work as a service to the industry by removing and supplying materials, but we also believe in our contribution to the use of these and, above all, to the care and respect for the environment.
