We are the Special Work Center of the Fundació el Maresme, a non-profit social initiative entity that promotes and encourages social inclusion and the improvement of the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities in the Maresme region. and their families.

Our mission is to create and maintain jobs for people with intellectual disabilities. We currently employ about 290 people, 70% of whom have an intellectual disability.

We believe in people’s abilities and the opportunity to empower them to the fullest. That is why we need you to build a more inclusive environment together.
