Muns began its activities in 1890. It is currently the 3rd generation that has been promoting it, concentrating since 1967 on three aspects:

Fertilization and agricultural management: recycling of waste and organic, agricultural, livestock, agro-industrial and urban by-products.

Energy recovery of organic by-products.
