Control Demeter

Control demeter is a demolition company in Barcelona specialized in the comprehensive management of demolition / deconstruction works and in Project Management for the conception and realization of small and large works with unique characteristics, using special techniques in some cases.

The demeter control engineering team was started in 1972 . Since 1987 it has been a pioneer in the execution of ecological demolition / deconstruction, dedicating itself to recycling and reusing demolition waste, installing the first recycling plant in the Spanish State in Barcelona.

Since 1994, control demeter, in compliance with the spirit of Sustainable Development contained in the Aalborg charter, has carried out the Project Management of demolition / deconstruction works, rigorously respecting the environmental criteria established by the European Union. We manage the decontamination of soils, toxic and polluting waste, friable and non-friable deamiated and earthworks.
