Our History

Founded in 2003, EWS owns and operates the largest fleet of grapple type waste collection vehicles in the State of Florida, specializing in bulk waste and disaster debris collection. EWS is a preferred vendor for hauling companies and municipalities throughout southeast Florida, regularly serving over 100,000 residential homes in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. Since the hurricanes of 2005, EWS has been both a prime and secondary contractor in assisting municipal entities and local communities with emergency debris collection and disposal.

Eastern Waste Systems has over 70 combined years of experience in the management of bulk waste and emergency debris collection, transfer and disposal. We utilize this wealth of trade knowledge to provide expert consultation and analysis regarding key issues in handling and disposal of bulk waste, vegetation, C&D, and disaster/emergency debris including storm debris collection. Since 2003, EWS has been utilized as both a regular monthly bulk contractor and as a debris management recovery contractor in assisting municipal entities and local communities.
