TOMA RECYCLING as was established in 2015 as a subsidiary of TOMA as, which is part of the PROSPERITA holding as group.

TOMA RECYCLING as was established in order to expand the holding's activities in the field of waste processing and management. 

Environment:

Environmental protection is a top priority for our society. By recycling plastic materials, we minimize the impact on the environment. In our process, we constantly strive to behave economically and optimize the production process while minimizing the production of secondary waste. TOMA RECYCLING as applies a system of internal audits, the results of which are then used to plan and improve both system components and the technical condition of equipment intended for environmental protection.

In our recycling process , recycled PET material (PET bottles, waste) is purposefully transformed from unusable waste into a secondary raw material PET flakes, which can be used in further production or regranulate this semi-finished product . Our recycling enables the saving of renewable and non-renewable resources and significantly reduces the burden on the environment.

Recycling rates:

1. Collection of PET bottles
2. Sorting and adjustment of PET bottles, separation of other wastes
3. Crushing PET bottles
4. Washing and cleaning of crushed PET waste, removal of glue
5. Separation of admixtures, labels and HDPE
6. Production of PET Flakes
7. Processing of PET Flakes into PET granulate
