Terier sro

The company Terier sro designs and manufactures machines (crushers, mills), lines for crushing, recycling and processing of industrial and municipal waste, lines for plastics and rubber plants since 1992. In their development and production we rely on long-term experience with crushing solid materials (plastic , rubber, tires, wood paper, municipal waste, etc.). The design studio ensures development and customer requirements in this area and develops single-purpose machines. The basis of the company's production program is a comprehensive range of crushers and knife mills from small machines to large-capacity ones designed for waste recycling.

Knife mills (plastic crushers) are mainly used for  single-species sorted waste as for the recycling of plastics , rubber , paper , wood , cable textiles and the like. The output pulp is from 3 to 50 mm depending on the sieve used.

Slow-running twin-shaft shredders are used for shredding coarse, unsorted and bulky waste (tires, wood, paper, municipal waste, etc.). In the case of tough material, the output crumbs are 15 - 90 mm wide and 50 to 400 mm long. In the case of brittle materials, it is a coarse crumb from 30 to 100 mm.

Slow-running single-shaft crushers are a compromise between knife mills and twin-shaft crushers. They make it possible to crush large waste and the size of the output crumb is determined by the holes in the output network.

A separate category is machines for recycling and crushing tires.

In addition to standard machines, the Terier company manufactures auxiliary, preparatory, machines for sets of our lines (rippers, hydraulic shears, etc.) and single-purpose machines according to specific customer requirements. From our products, we assemble standard technological recycling lines also at the request of customers (tire recycling, cable recycling, PET bottle recycling, municipal waste treatment, etc.).

Terier sro has already produced over 700 crushers and knife mills, which operate in the Czech Republic , Slovakia , Germany , Poland , Austria , Russia, Ukraine, Hungary , Saudi Arabia, China, Egypt , Sudan, Switzerland and the Netherlands .
