Riger Plast

Riger Plast is a family-owned company, aiming for the innovation and technology of the future. It was founded in 1985, more than thirty years ago, in Alfianello, in the province of Brescia. The spouses Giuliana and Giuseppe Botta wanted to give the market an innovative proposal by regenerating polyethylene for the extrusion companies located in this area.

In 1993, the Ringer Plast headquarters was moved to the new industrial area of ​​Alfianello, a few steps from the A21 Turin-Piacenza motorway.
Subsequently, a die and a welding machine were added for the production of bags. They did not last long, as in 2015, given the increasing demand from customers, the owners decided to return to regeneration, focusing on this, and building on the experience gained as filmmakers.

Over time, the company grows, adding in 2016 a shed adjacent to the production unit, and in 2017 an additional warehouse. Today Riger Plast has a global surface of 18,000 m / q, of which 5,000 are covered.
With the increase in available space, the company also increases its production capacity by investing in a second regeneration line. Over the years, Riger Plast technology becomes superior, as has its ever-growing team, without however losing the unparalleled vocation for professionalism, specialization and the quality of its products.
As well as the demand, the need for transport also increases, which is why the company decides to purchase a second vehicle. In this way, the incredible policy of speed that has always distinguished it has remained unchanged.

Riger Plast is thus able to autonomously provide for transport in a very short time, using vehicles, including one articulated vehicle, all registered in the National Register of Environmental Managers, therefore authorized to transport plastic waste and packaging.
Our vehicles, combined with 24-hour work shifts, allow a quick, professional and efficient service, which has always been appreciated by customers.
Riger Plast srl today mainly deals with Polyethylene from film coming from pre-consumer industrial waste or from by-products. In this way, a high quality standard is achieved, suitable for the production of particularly technical materials.
The company is also specialized in Processing Account, and thanks to an excellent traceability system it guarantees its customers the exclusive reception of its regenerated material, divided, if necessary, by different types and batches, also producing a wide range of granules intended for to the sale.

The Riger Plast team boasts production workers with decades of experience, as well as drivers and administrative employees, who train the youngest with seriousness and professionalism.
