AL.CA.FOND was born from the agreement of men with long-standing experience in the non-ferrous metals sector and operates in the refining of light alloys, in particular secondary aluminum. The main phase of the process is the fusion of materials such as collection scrap, recyclable metals or processing residues which are transformed into ingots corresponding to EN AB regulations and in particular cases, also based on the specific needs of the customer.

The constant presence for several decades on a constantly evolving market allows us to offer a high quality product thanks to the use of modern and automated laboratories and treatment plants. All work processes are carried out with particular attention to the environmental impact.

The collaboration with companies specialized in the sector, the use of adequate equipment and the continuous adaptation of the criteria and parameters required by the regulations in force on the subject, place the company at the forefront in raising awareness of the ecological problem

The aim of AL.CA.FOND is to guarantee a high quality product in order to best satisfy the customer. Through an equipped laboratory, all the raw materials, even before being destined for the melting process, are subjected to various acceptance checks that determine their various characteristics.

Subsequently, based on their type, they will be directed to certain processes (drying, iron removal, crushing, etc.) which will further improve their qualitative properties. technical-qualitative characteristics of the alloy in furnaces.

When all the parameters combine to determine whether it belongs to a specific type of alloy, the metal is destined for the ingot and palletisation phase. In 2000 AL.CA.FOND decided to adapt its quality management system based on the evaluation parameters required by DNV, obtaining its certification.
