The company regenerates plastic material (mainly polyolefins) starting from waste or processing scraps and then transforming them into recycled material, both in the form of 'densified' material and granules, ready for processing companies that use it in different sectors: from construction to automotive to the world of furniture.

Alamar Srl operates in the field of recycling of plastic materials such as polypropylene and other plastic materials.

Stages of production

• Phase 1: The raw material, consisting of processing waste or polypropylene scraps, is placed in the warehouse.
• Phase 2: The raw material, with the use of a cutter, is sectioned into pieces no larger than 10 cm.
• Phase 3: the raw material is then transferred inside a densifier, where, with a mechanical action, it is brought to a temperature of about 100 ° C, then transformed into lumps.
• Phase 4: The semi-finished product obtained is screened to separate the dust and sent inside the silos.
• Phase 5: The semi-finished product is dosed in a mixing plant where it is added with mineral fillers and additives. The mixture thus composed is inserted inside a die which, at a temperature of about 250 ° C, amalgamates the components and reduces them, by cutting the vertical head, into lenticular granules with a diameter of 5mm.
• Phase 6: The granules obtained are cooled and washed with jets of water and air, they are then sent to the silos for subsequent packaging in bags and sent to the end customer.
