The BENVIC group has more than fifty years of experience in the formulation of PVC compounds. These materials are currently primarily assigned to sustainable uses. Their characteristics and level of performance are essentially linked to the formulation capacity of the compound by combining resin, additives and fillers.

Any polymer regeneration first involves recycling, for which the producer directly reuses the materials from the collection of end-of-life products. Being designed initially for this use, their required level of rehabilitation is moderate. But all the materials collected do not fall into this case: the variety and heterogeneity of the sources to be reused imply a strong expertise in formulation, in order to characterize and homogenize the inputs to ensure the production of a material with defined and stable characteristics. . This is where BENVIC's know-how operates.

Beyond standard proposals allowing to satisfy more basic applications, BENVIC offers formulations adapted to the needs of each customer and this for versions integrating only a proportion of regenerated material. For PVC, solutions are sometimes complex depending on technical and regulatory constraints, but BENVIC's know-how allows us to offer more solutions allowing our customers to develop new high-performance products as part of an eco-responsible transition.
