In order to ensure full control over the production process, the company purchased in 2009 the PVC Granules and Injection Production Plant, which is an organized part of the NITROERG Enterprise in BieruÅ„. With the background of a professional research laboratory, TT PLAST has been able to carry out systematic product quality tests and modify technological processes at the raw material level. Modern technology is supported above all by the knowledge and many years of experience of specialists in the production of PVC mixtures and granules.

In 2013, the company purchased a production facility in Bochnia at ul. Gazowa 6. Thus, it acquired a new, fully modernized production plant with a total area of ​​production halls of 6,000 sq m. m2.

The halls are equipped with an energy-saving electricity management system, which translates into a significant reduction in electricity consumption, and cooling installations equipped with natural cooling systems, the so-called 4MW free cooling. The facility is also equipped with a modern laboratory, which enables regular testing of products in terms of compliance with applicable standards, directives and technical approval. The new production facility enables the company to constantly expand its offer with new products and thus brings the company closer to achieving its goal: increasing revenues and becoming a leader among European producers of electrical and energy casing pipes. TT PLAST is an environmentally friendly company. The technologies used by it guarantee almost complete reduction of pollution. Makes sure that both the production process and the final products are ecological, and the negative impact on the natural environment is minimized. For this purpose, the company purchased the most modern line for granulating plastics and grinding post-production waste, thanks to which the entire technological process is closed within the plant. In addition to its core business, TT PLAST has an extensive transport and logistics network using modern IT solutions.

The people employed by the company are one of the most important assets of the company. The adopted human resources policy ensures the proper selection, education and motivation of over 150 employees.
