Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarowania Odpadami

PrzedsiÄ™biorstwo Gospodarowania Odpadami Sp. z o. o. in Paszczyno started its activity in 1993 as the Gmina ZakÅ‚ad Gromadzenia i Utylizacji Odpadów, and in 2000, as a result of the merger of two plants, the Gmina ZakÅ‚ad Komunalny ZakÅ‚ad Gromadzenia i Utylizacji Odpadów was established in Paszczyno (GZK GiUO WiK).

As soon as the activities related to the transformation of the plant into a commercial company were undertaken, ZakładGospodarowania Odpadami was separated from GZK GiUO WiK.

Until 2009, the plant operated as an organizational unit of the Dębica Commune - a budgetary establishment.

In February 2009, in accordance with the Resolution of the Commune Council of 10 December 2008, ZakÅ‚ad Gospodarowania Odpadami was transformed into a commercial law company and since then it has been operating as PrzedsiÄ™biorstwo Gospodarowania Odpadami SpóÅ‚ka z ograniczonÄ… odpowiedzialnoÅ›ciÄ….

The established unit took over the assets of the liquidated ZakÅ‚ad Gospodarowania Odpadami along with the rights and obligations related to its activities. In March 2009, the City of DÄ™bica joined the company and acquired 30% of the shares.
