It is the public company in charge of the treatment and management of urban waste in the central area of ​​the province of Castelló. Urban waste has been considered one of the essential problems in the area of ​​the Valencian Community, given that citizens demand concrete answers and solutions from the public powers, which have the responsibility and obligation to coordinate and protect the different competing interests.

PURPOSE

Development and improvement of the comprehensive waste plan to ensure adequate management of waste management in Zones II, IV and V of the C2 waste consortium (Central Zone of the province of Castellón).

PURPOSES

Execution of the Zonal Plan in accordance with the provisions of Law 10/2000 on Waste of the Valencian Community, in accordance with the provisions of local legislation.

WHERE DOES IT RECYCLE?

Reciplasa provides waste treatment and management services to a total of 46 consortium municipalities in the central area of ​​the province of Castellón, since March 30, 2010, the date on which such management was commissioned.

MUNICIPALITIES

Reciplasa currently serves the following municipalities: Almassora, Benicassim, Betxí, Borriol, Burriana, Castellón, L'Alcora, Onda, La Pobla Tornesa, Sant Joan de Moró, Vall d'Alba, Vilafamés, Vila-real, as well such as Alto Mijares (Arañuel, Castillo de Villamalefa, Cirat, Cortes de Arenoso, Lucena del Cid, Ludiente, Montán, Montanejos, Puebla de Arenoso, Villahermosa del Rio, Zucaina), Espadán-Mijares (Aín, Alcudia de Veo, Ribesalbes, Sueras , Tales, Argelita, Ayódar, Fanzara, Fuentes de Ayódar, Espadilla, Toga, Torralba del Pinar, Torrechiva, Vallat and Villamalur) and L'Alcalaten (Adzaneta del Maestrat, Les Useres, Figueroles, Costur, Vistabella del Maestrazgo, Benafigos, Xodos ).
