The PUPH Mag-Bar company has been operating on the Polish plastics market since 2005. We specialize in  purchasing plastic waste and  recycling plastics .

Recognizing all the environmental threats posed by the uncontrolled disposal of used plastics, we started processing plastics in a professional manner, meeting all standards of human environmental protection imposed by the European Union. We operate not only in PoznaÅ„ and Greater Poland, but we are pleased to cooperate with companies from all over Poland.

We run a business, the main subject of which is the provision of services for the purchase of plastics , their transport and recovery of non-hazardous plastics waste. We deal with the grinding of plastics , their processing and the  sale of plastics . We collect plastic , buy plastic containers and buy foil .

Mag-Bar specializes in accepting plastic waste for processing in the form of post-production waste, as well as other waste such as plastic packaging, plastic boxes, plastic chairs, plastic pallets, plastic boxes, plastic pots, housings for household appliances and other waste plastic.

The processing technology to which the above-mentioned plastic waste is subjected is based on two basic processes:

• waste grinding process in mills.
• processing of the regrind on extruders and the production of regranulate.

As a result of grinding, a grain size ranging from 6 mm to 10 mm is obtained - hereinafter referred to as plastic grinding. The regranulate production process additionally involves grinding granulation at a temperature of 160 degrees C. As a result, 3-4 mm plastic granules are formed.

Depending on the material we subject to the process of grinding or regranulation, a specific grinding or regranulate will be produced, e.g. if we ground waste from a polypropylene plastic pallet, we will obtain PP grinding. This is the case with each material, therefore each is a separate product.

The resulting product is suitable for direct use, no longer requires any processing, it can be used immediately in the production of plastic products.
