Tzvetmet

On April 29, 2003, on the basis of the equity participation of two co-founders: RUE “Forge Plant of Heavy Forging” and State Scientific Institution “Physico-Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus”, Scientific and Production Limited Liability Company “Tsvetmet” (NP OOO “Tsvetmet”) was created. The main goal of the company was the introduction of new technologies. NP LLC 'Tsvetmet' was registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs under No. 690236744.
        

In 2006, NP OOO Tsvetmet became the property of UE Beltsvetmet. By order of the Republican Manufacturing Unitary Enterprise 'Beltsvetmet' dated July 26, 2006 No. 210, NP OOO Tsvetmet was reorganized in the form of transformation into the Republican Manufacturing Subsidiary Unitary Enterprise 'Tsvetmet'.

On January 25, 2012, the Zhodino City Executive Committee made an entry on the state registration of the Private Production Unitary Enterprise 'Tsvetmet'. The founder of the Private Enterprise 'Tsvetmet' was the Open Joint Stock Company 'Beltsvetmet ' .
        

The private production unitary enterprise 'Tsvetmet' on the basis of the contract dated February 21, 2013 No. 252 / jur concluded between JSC 'Belarusian Metallurgical Plant' - the managing company of the holding 'Belarusian Metallurgical Company' and JSC 'Beltsvetmet' was included in the holding 'Belarusian Metallurgical Company' ...
       

 In pursuance of the requirements of clause 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated January 24, 2012 No. 2, the name of the Private Production Unitary Enterprise “Tsvetmet” was changed to the Production Unitary Enterprise “Tsvetmet”.
