We change our name to PreZero. In December 2020, it became clear that we had a strategically important partner in PreZero, the environmental division within the Schwarz Group. A new owner that we look forward to being involved in driving our sustainable recycling services and circular material flows together with our customers, suppliers and employees.

With new owners, we see good conditions to further highlight the positive effects of the circular economy, as well as to make even more sustainable efforts that contribute to reducing the impact on the environment and the climate. Together, we at PreZero will be able to work efficiently for a more sustainable future.

That Sweden is now one of the countries in which we within PreZero are active is gratifying, and we are proud to step in and become an active party in the northern European market. Here we see opportunities to positively combine the staff's experience and knowledge, with PreZero's expertise. One of our goals now is to give our new employees a good start on the journey forward together with PreZero in a wise and good way. With this acquisition, PreZero will employ a total of approximately 4,800 employees in Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Italy and the United States.

During a period, a lot of time will be spent integrating all new employees in a wise and good way. The purpose is to quickly be able to give all new employees a positive experience and belonging to PreZero. Our customer relationships and collaborations continue just as before, but with the difference that we have a new name and logo on vehicles, equipment and in the email signature.

We continue on this path and contribute to increased sustainability through efficient recycling throughout the business community.
