Cardboard and Paper Company LLC started its activity on the basis of Lvivcartonoplast OJSC. For decades, Lvivkartonoplast has been developing intensively, producing sheet plastic and waste paper products.

The modern history of the Cardboard and Paper Company began in the second quarter of 2000. The company received a new vector of development - improvement and modernization of cardboard production, production of cardboard sleeves and angles, launch of production of sanitary and hygienic products from cellulose (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper).
