Kappastar Recycling

Kappastar Recycling is an authorized Operator for the collection, transport, storage and treatment of non-hazardous waste.  We were founded in 2010 under the name Paper Service FHB (under which we operated until January 2020) and during several years of operation Kappastar Recycling has become a leader in the field of waste paper collection and other types of packaging waste. It collects and transports over 118,000 tons of waste paper, PET and foil annually. All quantities of collected waste paper are processed in cardboard and paper factories in Serbia.  Kappastar Recycling operates through a network of recycling centers, located in Belgrade and major cities throughout Serbia.  We have established collection companies in Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Bulgaria and Romania, while we see the future of recycling in Serbia through the construction of recycling centers and our role through public-private partnerships that would enable the development of primary selection.  We cooperate with generators of non-hazardous packaging waste in various activities, of which we would especially single out retail chains, printing houses, cartons, state administration, factories and local companies that deal with the collection of non-hazardous waste.  In the field of recycling and environmental protection, Kappastar Recycling cooperates with the Government of the Republic of Serbia through the actions 'Let's clean Serbia', with local governments, as well as many other organizations. The main goal of the project is the protection of the environment, preservation of natural resources and education of the citizens of Serbia, especially the younger population about the need and importance of recycling.
