Schaeffer Industries is a leading producer of:

(i) custom roll-formed profiles from structural grade steel sheet coil.

Custom Rollforming:
• Strip Size - 1”- 20”
• Material - Hot Rolled Steel, Pickled and Oiled Steel, Cold Rolled Steel and Galvanized Steel
• Thicknesses - .033 - .250

(ii) structural steel pipe and tube in round, square, and rectangle shapes.

All tubular products are produced domestically to ASTM A500 Grade B. A high percentage of our square and rectangle tubing also
meets Grade C, and a high percentage of our round tubing also meets ASTM A53 Grade B (non-hydro).
Tube Sizes:
• Squares from 2” x .095” wall through 6” x .250” wall
• Rectangles from 3” x 2” x .095” wall through 8” x 4” x .250” wall
• Rounds from 2.375” OD x .154” wall through 6.625” OD x .280” wall
