The beginnings of the company in the field of plastics processing date although only in a form of probing since 1997.

The company's activity in plastics processing includes both waste recycling and raw material processing resulting from the extrusion method - film (construction foil, tubular foil, foil agricultural, household bags and sacks).

As over 90% of Romanian companies produce technological waste plastics, the collection of this waste, its processing by the method of reorganization and their reintroduction into the economic circuit were natural, the emergence of Italplast Group being very useful in this context.

With Romania's entry into the EU, a great deal of attention is paid to the protection of the environment and implicitly to the methods and systems for its protection.

The expansion of the business in recent years is the result of the focus on modern technology and efficient management. The activity of SC ITALPLAST GROUP is ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001: 2005 certified and is carried out under the approval of the Romanian Ministry of Environment.
