How does Goodwill work? It's simple. When you donate stuff to Goodwill or go shopping at Goodwill recycling stores, you create opportunities for local job seekers to work and develop their own skills. The goods you donate go on sale in Goodwill stores, and the proceeds from the goods sold are used to maintain and develop local employment activities and various coaching and training programs. At the same time, you get rid of the stuff you don’t need, help the environment, and make good discoveries from the diverse selection of Goodwill stores.
