Iberpapel is an integrated paper group committed to quality, service and the environment and one of the main players in the printing and writing paper market in Spain.

Grupo Iberpapel was born with the constitution of Papelera Guipuzcoana de Zicuñaga in 1935 and since then, it has been dedicated to the manufacture of cellulose pulp and paper.

In 1997 he began his career in the Stock Market. It is an integrated group with an international vocation , present in Europe, South America and North Africa. Its business model is based on the integration of the production process and industrial flexibility, leadership in productivity and costs, and an emphasis on sustainability and respect for the environment.

• Forestry activity, with 25,778 hectares of land between Spain, Argentina and Uruguay.
• Manufacture of cellulose fiber at the Hernani (Guipúzcoa) plant with a capacity of 200,000 tons per year.
• Production and marketing of paper, with a capacity of 250,000 tons per year.
• Electric power generation of 60 MWh.

The three independent production lines of the Hernani factory give the Group greater flexibility in the manufacturing process.
