At Number 13 of via cadore

The business started in 1976, in a warehouse in Villotta di Chions. Here the first decompressors intended for the first models reach 6500 l / min .

P the first decompressor

The air-cooled P-Series decompressors are the first to be placed on the market by the company. The flow rate, from 3000 to 6500 l / min, allows its exclusive use in the agricultural field.

1978

The company expands

A few years later , the first JUROP plant dedicated to the production of purge fittings was inaugurated in Azzano Decimo

1980

Functionality first

The bleeding equipment is set up on chassis, trailers and semi-trailers, in a fixed or demountable way, using the vacuum pumps produced by JUROP itself.

1983

Tornado: a breath of fresh air

TORNADO : the leading equipment in the field of aspiration is able to perform operations of removal, recovery and transport of material.

1985

Quietness and efficiency have a name: JP

It is a rotary lobe pump used for filling, mixing, emptying, irrigation and transfer of liquids. The flow rates of the JP Series range from 1420 to 5100 l / min.

JUROP for the State Railways

The collaboration with FS involves the construction of three different types of equipment for cleaning and emptying the storage tanks where the sewage coming from the toilets on board the train is stored.

Collection and transport of hazardous waste

Since 1991 JUROP has been building waste equipment of different ADR classes . This type of equipment uses a tank equipped with multiple compartments and made of stainless steel.

Roll-on / Roll-off

The Roll-ON / Roll-OFF hooklift equipment is designed and produced for customers interested in diversifying their business without being forced to increase the number of vehicles.

VJ TRONIC

VJ TRONIC is the first electronic equipment management system. The operator's work is simplified, reaching previously unthinkable levels of efficiency and energy savings.

The patented injection system

The PNR / PNE Series is composed of rotary sliding vane vacuum pumps cooled with air injection (PNR models) or natural convection (PNE models).

The recycling system of the new millennium

The JUROP Recycling System allows a partial reuse of the sucked water in addition to the thickening of the sewage waste and the consequent transport of larger quantities of solid material.

The new series of PVT decompressors

The decompressors of the PVT Series are operating machines designed for suction systems where it is necessary to convey gas free from pollutants such as oil or water in suspension.

Side air injection cooling system

The new cooling system allows the reduction of noise pollution with a considerable saving in terms of space and costs deriving from soundproofing systems.

Cooling impellers

The RV and RVC pumps adopt a forced air cooling system. The use of two opposing impellers allows to increase the continuity and working duration of the pumps themselves.

Patented cooling

The entire DL Series is subject to restyling. The decompressor with trilobate rotors in synchronized rotation uses an innovative cooling system with built-in non-return valve.

SYNC

JUROP patents SYNC a group of accessories for guiding and supporting pipes, in equipment intended for the collection and / or treatment of waste, through the synchronous rotation of two accessories.

Helical lobes

An innovative aspect of the new VL volumetric pumps is the helical shape of the coated lobes, which allows the transfer of liquids and sewage, eliminating any annoying pulsation of the flow.

HELIX

HELIX is the innovative decompressor with trilobate rotors. The particular helical shape of the same ensures a more fluid movement, in the total absence of vibrations. The system is patented.

VL-Evolution

The entire VLE range is characterized by a separation chamber as an additional safety against the infiltration of the pumped liquid into the gearbox.

Compact Recycling System

The Recycling System allows the reuse of a fraction of the sucked water, thanks to the separation of most of the suspended solid particles, which otherwise could damage the HP pump or the pipes.

ITALA

ITALA is a gearbox that allows the operation of a DL decompressor and a pump for liquids starting from a single power take-off.

The Idrovac Jurop excavator is an advanced technology equipment, particularly suitable for use in building construction.

Suction group

Designed to be installed in correspondence with the decompressor intake / exhaust ports, it is possible to combine the suction unit with the vacuum pumps PVT1000 and HELIX1200-1500 with horizontal ports.

CTH 880

The CTH 880 volumetric compressor uses three-lobed helical rotors in synchronized rotation by helical phase gears. The noise level is reduced thanks to the gradual adjustment of the exhaust pressure.
