The IPSSrl company is registered with ANPAR , the National Association of Recycled Aggregate Producers, a trade association that represents and defends the interests of inert waste recyclers in Italy and Europe, in order to create the conditions necessary for the development and growth of the market. of recycled aggregates. The recycled aggregate is a granular material that originates from the treatment of waste of an inert nature (construction and demolition waste). Such waste, subjected to a treatment of selection, crushing, separation of unwanted fractions and granulometric classification, become recycled aggregates that can be assimilated to natural aggregates in all respects, obviously subject to CE marking .

The granules consist mainly of fragments of concrete, bricks, masonry, plasters, cement conglomerates, road or railway superstructures, bedding, coatings, of ceramic products. The minimum and maximum size of the granules is determined by the types of screens installed on the system.

As regards the sectors of possible use, the recycled aggregates find their typical destination in: earthworks of civil engineering and road and railway works, basically to create road, railway, airport substrates, fillings, foundation layers of infrastructure transport.

In road works, the use of recycled aggregates can be widely applied, bringing two important environmental advantages: saving natural resources and reducing the transfer of inert waste to landfills.
