CON-AR

Viale Trieste, 69 , Canino, Viterbo, Italy | Textile Recycling

CON-AR was born from the commitment of a selected group of partner companies belonging to the military and civil world and already operating in the aramid textile materials market, with the aim of creating a unique and complete offer in terms of regenerated secondary raw material. , starting with end-of-life assets, otherwise destined for disposal.

Demilitarization of the garment

The efficiency of the available resources generates a secondary raw material to be reintroduced into the market and feeds the growth of new development opportunities for the eco-economic market sector.

Product recycling

Only Italian companies are involved in the coordination of the recovery cycle, from the collection phase to the fiber re-transformation phase.

Composition of the recycled

product The CON-AR is able to destroy and recycle both the woven panels and the unidirectional laminate, both the multi-composition panels and all the derived textiles.

Technology

Environmental protection and efficient use of resources for a totally green manufacturing process

The CON-AR consortium has developed an entirely Italian technology of the latest generation. The disintegration system of impregnants and glues used for the recovery of the fibers uses a totally green manufacturing process:

Energy production with solar panels

Closed circuit recovery of processing water

Full recovery also of the glues after disintegration

And not only that… the formulation of the exclusive K128 derived from the study carried out by the CON-AR partner companies in collaboration with CNR Milan : a green certified product based on alcohol and hydrocarbons . Its use in the recycling process involves a combined use of K128 with CE and VOC (environmental impact) certified machinery. The recovery process represents the emblem of technological progress in the environmental and circular economy: the totally green processing supported by CON-AR allows the generation of a fiber that, carded and retransformed into staple as at the origin, maintains the resistance properties unaltered. flame and heat as well as the property of resistance to abrasion.

The recovery cycle is completed with the transformation of the staple into yarn or compound, to be used in the Italian textile industry.
