NEW ECO-SUSTAINABLE FORMS FROM THE TIRE

RPN specializes in the production of granules, powder and anti-trauma flooring , obtained from the recycling of tires. The collection, storage and recovery of end-of-life tires is the activity with which the company started in the 90s. Over the years RPN has expanded its business, investing in technologies and resources, growing and reaching high quality standards, to become the only company in Southern Italy to directly follow the entire production process, from collection to disposal.

RPN products , marketed throughout the country, are used with different functions. The granules are chosen for the infill of synthetic lawns in playgrounds and for the substrate, with a draining and cushioning function, for laying flooring . The modules and the tiles are increasingly being used for the construction of surfaces: No urban ell'arredo for parks, playgrounds and trails walkway, in gymnasiums or other sports, flooring for weight lifting, athletics, crossfit, nell'ippica garage flooring, washing area.

RPN is partner of Ecopneus , a non-profit company for the tracing, collection, treatment and recovery of ELTs ( End of Life Tires), set up by the main tire manufacturers operating in Italy. RPN actively contributes to the recovery of tons of End-of-Life Tires, a fundamental activity for the environment because it allows to reuse scarce materials in the world, derived from oil or natural rubber, and to recover them in the form of powders and granules for silent asphalts, flooring ecological sports, soundproofing for buildings, energy generation.
