CRCM Srl was born on the specific will of local, public and / or private companies, managers of the collection service and / or owners of waste treatment, recovery and disposal plants, to ensure an effective and efficient special waste management system, mainly deriving from the productive activities of the served area. For this reason, the partners of CRCM Srl not only contributed capital and entrepreneurial skills but also - and above all - the know-how necessary to competently manage this environmental challenge and to ensure the sustainable management of the entire waste cycle.

Vision and Mission

Commonly, when we talk about waste to be collected, to be treated, to be disposed of, we always mean in common language the RSU (Urban Solid Waste), and all the literature that is exercised on this subject, focuses solely on these the discussion on solutions reduce production, improve collection and increase treatment and disposal systems. In reality, alongside this mountain of municipal waste, which in Tuscany amounts to about 2,500,000 tons a year, three more of the same size are growing, for a total of about 7,500,000 tons a year, of waste. special waste (RS), and special hazardous waste (RSP), that is all the waste that companies that produce goods or services find at the end of their production chain. While the mountain of RSU, there is a lot of talk, without, however, being able to create comprehensive solutions sufficient to guarantee the self-sufficiency of our region, even if required by current legislation, on the other three mountains we are faced with total silence, given that the standard for this type of waste does not provide for any self-sufficiency at a territorial level, and above all we are in the absence of overall solutions that provide for an optimal management of this cycle within our region, in conditions of respect for the principle of proximity and the environment, as well as tranquility for the companies that produce them and must dispose of them. In this sector we are in the presence of a market totally controlled by operators, or too large and interested in serving only certain types of companies, or of pulverized dimensions

For this reason, an industrial plan has been drawn up keeping in mind two fundamental strengths;

The territoriality, deriving from the participation among the members of the collection companies;

The presence of the plants, both in ownership and in synergy, deriving from the presence of plant owners and from the relationships with other plants that they generate.

These two requirements are the supporting beams of the project because they directly relate the waste produced and their possible destination through the operational entity of the various urban hygiene companies, CRCM, and represent:

Security of proper management of the waste conferred

Certainty of the possibility of managing the annual quantities entrusted to this manager

Competence deriving from the ability to manage plants

Operational reliability and correctness, being the company with a public majority

Preferential relationship as a company having, at the end of the control chain, the Municipalities in the territory of which the various companies served are based and operate.

Cost-effectiveness deriving from the proposed tariff system which aims to incentivize correct management of the waste produced.

CRCM is the operational tool that goes to place itself in the Special Waste market sector, between producers and disposers.
