Maspi Srl

Via Castegnate, 86 , Terno d Isola, Bergamo, Italy | Plastic Recycling

The MASPI Company was founded in 1978 with the aim of becoming a strategic collaborator for designers and architects in the bathroom furniture sector. The primary objective was to combine the need for quality, design and freedom of form with non-traditional transformation technologies in the plastics sector. The need to obtain articles with large thicknesses has pushed MASPI to develop a new molding technology:

CO-INJECTION

Co-injection allows to obtain articles of great thickness through the use of a certain percentage of recycled material. With this objective MASPI has formulated and created ad hoc compounds to meet specific technical requirements.

Aware that the competitiveness and longevity of a company depend on its ability to innovate, MASPI constantly invests in the research and development of new materials and new technologies. MASPI currently covers an area of 30,000 square meters of which 8,000 are covered. It has highly automated systems and processing islands.

The technologies acquired (co-injection, gas-assisted co-injection, overmoulding) combined with the specificity of the compounds made, have allowed numerous European and overseas customers to obtain creative solutions in line with the shape and content requirements required by their markets.

Attention to environmental impact is a characteristic of MASPI .

Articles produced byMASPI are made with structural composite technopolymers with variable section and are completely recyclable. They themselves are made from a part of recycled material.
