The company was founded in 1992  to the collaboration of Mr. Gaudenzi Enzo, still in charge of the business, and his father Giulio. As the initial headquarters, it was decided to rent a square previously occupied by a company that dealt with the demolition of motor vehicles, which ceased its activity.

Over the years and with the evolution of increasingly stringent environmental regulations, in 2006 a land was acquired and work began on the design and construction of the new headquarters, equipping it with all the infrastructures in compliance with environmental legislative guidelines. , required for waste treatment and in line with the current directives on safety and health in the workplace.
