BAUCINA RECYCLING TIRES SRL is an innovative start-up whose corporate purpose is:

Recovery, transformation and marketing of urban and industrial solid waste and in particular of ELT end-of-life tires for the recovery and production of materials such as wood chips, granulate, rubber dust, iron and textiles;

Production of artificial grass fields, athletic tracks, anti-trauma flooring, production of soundproofing panels, anti-footfall mats, waterproofing membranes, anti-vibration and anti-seismic materials, artificial bumps, traffic delimiters, curbs and rubber products obtained from the reuse of ELTs;

Start up and manage innovative plants with high technological value in the energy sector, following the treatment and recycling of waste, biomass and waste, for the production of electricity and thermal energy from renewable sources and biofuels;

Management of urban waste transfer stations and disposal stations for waste collected separately;

Management of storage facilities for special non-hazardous and hazardous waste, chemical-physical and / or biological waste treatment plants, incineration plants for urban waste and special, hazardous and non-hazardous waste;

Plan, implement and manage innovative pilots in the sectors of low temperature solar thermal, wind, biomass, sustainable mobility, eco-efficiency, biofuels;

The company operates in the sector of the recovery of rubber products, such as old tires, for the production of secondary raw materials Ateco 383220 and in the manufacture of other rubber products relating to the Ateco code 22.19.09 at the plant in Baucina Contrada Pizzillo SP n . 6 Baucina Trabia Km 1.

Starting from 7 September 2011, with the application of the implementing Ministerial Decree n. 82 of 11 April 2011, the new national system for managing ELTs generated in the aftermarket has become fully operational. The company BRT Srl, thanks to a partnership with mandatory consortia (such as Ecopneus which manage the collection and management of End of Life Tires at the registered waste generation points) and an operational management model aimed at excellence, i.e. maximum efficiency combined with the reduction of the environmental impact and the minimization of recycling costs, has planned the total and correct recovery of 100% of the ELTs pertaining to it. A result that has both an environmental and economic value, because it avoids the abandonment of tens of thousands of tons of ELTs every year,

BRT Srl in particular operates in the field of ELT treatment, recycling and recovery in synergy with a network of companies active in the ELT management chain operating in:

Collection of ELTs at generation points registered throughout the national territory and transfer to storage points

Transport of ELTs from storage facilities to crushing plants

Treatment, recycling and recovery of ELTs at the selected plants

Supervision of all recovery activities

The company leadership is directed by the engineer Pietro Porcaro, graduated in Engineering, who thanks to the professional skills and experience gained and a strong team understanding manages a winning team oriented towards full customer satisfaction.

In fact, the company employs technical personnel with qualified professional experience in both service management and management.
