The company was established in 2012 following the professional legacy left by Mr. Giuseppe Bertola, who undertook the commercialization of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the 1950s.

The economic growth and industrial development of that period allowed Mr. Bertola to create a good commercial network throughout Lombardy, with particular attention to the territories of Bergamo and Lecco, which has been maintained and expanded over time: the values ​​of fairness, trust, certainty and speed in payments have always been guiding principles of the company and have allowed the customer / supplier relationship to be retained, making it survive even following generational changes.

The company, now managed by his nephew, Dr. Amos Bana, aims to combine family experience with the modern developments of an increasingly dynamic and competitive market, trying to seize challenges and opportunities and to give added value to a historical activity, but not outdated, such as that of recovery: to find a new equilibrium centered on the circularity and sustainability of the productive ecosystem of our Western model is a goal that, if achieved, can become a winner.
