In 2018, Laborplast celebrates 60 years of activity. It does so as an Italian and European leader in the regeneration of rigid PVC, used in the production of compounds, by extrusion and injection molding, and cores for coils.It all started in 1958 in a small plant in Sacconago, where the Pariani brothers set up a company. production of PVC solutions for construction, in particular pipes and fittings for local construction sites. The construction boom of those years, combined with the tenacity and will of Eugenio, Pierino, Paolo and Giovanni, allowed the company to experience a quick and fruitful start. In 1973, a new plant was inaugurated in Bienate di Magnago.
The Pariani brothers become Laborplast, a company equipped to face the new market stimuli. The management, aware of the strong development of industrial packaging, starts the production of PVC cores for reels. It is a revolution, because until then the article was produced in spiral cardboard. Customers understand Laborplast's innovative capacity, its reliability and give it the confidence that favors its growth. the replacement of single-screw extrusion systems with the most performing twin-screw systems. With the new millennium, a high production capacity regeneration plant was purchased to offer the regenerated PVC compound to the market as well. Today, the company has an hourly production capacity of over 5,000 kg / h. In 2015, the conviction matures that development cannot be separated from research. For this reason, the company has an internal laboratory for the main physical-mechanical tests (Compression, Traction, 3-point bending, MVR, MFR, VST, HDT, Charpy and Izod impact resistance), an advanced spectrophotometer. and a 3D printer to prototype new products. The sixtieth year of activity coincides with the expansion of the range. From January 2018 the production of solid and perforated PVC bars (with round, square, rectangular, hexagonal section) begins: technical semi-finished products for the chemical and petrochemical sector. In 2019, a new production area of ​​20,000 m2 will be built adjacent to the current plant. For the future, Laborplast makes no predictions
