It all began in 1978 when Karl Rauch founded the RAUCHbau company in Nals, South Tyrol. He recognized the signs of the times and used his knowledge in the field of construction right after the end of his training where it was needed. At that time he focused on the three main areas of recycling, demolition and earthmoving work.

These are still our main areas of activity today. As a modern and flexible family company, however , we have further developed and expanded our competencies over the years. We now also offer professional clearing out, special construction work and a container service.

For 38 years, RAUCHbau has stood for the highest level of competence, a clean and solid working method and transparency. Our motivation is to always have our finger on the pulse and to always offer our customers the best solution. We listen carefully to our customers so that we can carry out the respective project exactly according to your ideas

Recycling: rubble, asphalt and other building materials can be delivered to the company's own recycling facility.

Demolition work in private and public areas

Earthmoving work: excavation, excavation and leveling work

Special construction: extensive range from civil engineering to outdoor and infrastructure work

Maintenance work and energetic renovation work

Clearing out: house and apartment liquidations, business liquidations. We create space and plan professionally.

Container service: We transport special waste from construction sites cleanly and separately to authorized disposal centers.
