WHO WE ARE

The year of foundation of Giorgione Paper Mill, we have gradually affirmed our technological capabilities in the production of paper for food packaging, serving the European and non-European markets, in full respect of the environment.

Currently one hundred and thirty-five thousand tons of paper are produced per year with an automated and computer-controlled process structure with high-level technical standards.

Our goal is to guarantee the customer safety, presence and quality of the product through the continuous search for sophisticated production systems, finding the right compromise between nature and industry; for this reason an important sector of the area was used for planting.

HISTORY

It is not improper to visit the historic Paper Road that from China, crossing the Middle East, climbs Italy towards Amalfi, Fabriano and the Marca Trevigiana. Ideally calling Castelfranco Veneto to the tradition and culture of paper. Thus began the history of Cartiera Giorgione SpA.

It is therefore not surprising that in 1961 some enterprising entrepreneurs from the Veneto decided to invest resources and energy to create a paper mill in Castelfranco which they dutifully called Giorgione. A company that immediately proved profitable and capable of systematically reinvesting the profits created.

Today, more than fifty years later, we can speak of a successful bet.
