OUR HISTORY

Elite Ambiente was founded in 1987 in Brendola (VI) finalizing its main activity in the waste treatment sector , in particular in the recycling of plastics and metals .

The recovery of Secondary Raw Materials immediately became the real core-business of ELITE Ambiente .

Initially the company was established as an Sas, in 1993 it became a Srl

ELITE Ambiente's employees gradually increase in number as well as its turnover.

Currently the staff employed in the company is equal to about 25 units.

Among the most important stages of its history we underline:

1994: first water shredding line with pre-washing of plastic materials and closed cycle treatment.

1998: UNI EN ISO 14001 environmental certification and EMAS registration (first company in Italy in the Ecology sector).

1999: first experimentation in Italy of the Integrative Public Service for the collection and recovery-disposal of agricultural waste (Program Agreement of the Province of Padua): 25,000 affiliated farms.

2000: turbulence plant for ground plastic materials.

2001: new plant for the selection and volumetric reduction of special non-hazardous waste.

2002: establishment of the Environmental Reclamation Division : land reclamation and cisterns, asbestos removal.

2003: new production site in Grisignano di Zocco (VI) and logistic merger of all the companies of the group: Ventel Sistemi, ECO-Management, Emme Trasporti.

2004: SOA certification for the cat. OG12. 2005: UNI EN ISO 9001 certification .

2006: shredding and washing plant for metal packaging.

2007: regional authorization for temporary waste storage activities.

2008: ELITE Ambiente joins the ETHAN group .

2009: reclamation of the Civil Hospital of Padua (San Massimo canal).

2010: start of construction of the new Brendola plant.

2011: establishment of a new ecological emergency service.

2012: transfer to the new Brendola plant.

2013: assignment of Eternit removal / disposal service (throughout the province of Vicenza).

2014: environmental remediation of the Sarpi overpass in Padua (pump and treat).

2015: upgrading of the Brendola plant (new roughing-grinder).

2016: new authorization for the storage of asbestos at the Grisignano site.
