The company mainly deals with the recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap, paper, cardboard, plastic, wood and tires.

The company is also authorized to recover inert materials (CER 170107, 170904), insulating and gypsum-based materials (CER 170802), garden maintenance residues.

To the registration in the Register of Environmental Managers as an intermediary (Cat. 8), with the collaboration of an authorized partner company, it is able to dispose of hazardous waste such as rock wool, glass wool, mineral oils with and without PBC, transformers , paints, etc.

It also has containers and press-containers to be deposited with the customer.

Furthermore, our plant is authorized to collect and prepare wood (biomass) which will be sent to specialized plants for recovery.
Ferro e Metalli has an important agreement with the Rilegno Consortium for wood recycling.

The founder

In 1975, Traldi Gianni founded the individual company, dealing with the recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

In the following years, with the expansion of the activities and the workforce, the recovery of special non-hazardous waste (plastic, paper, wood, cement, tires, etc…) also began.

In 1996, his sons Fiorenzo and Roberto also began to collaborate, the latter currently (legal representative) carries on the company with success and attention to the increasingly important regulations on respect for the environment.
