Founded over forty years ago by Vincenzo Schino and Domenica Franco, later assisted by the eight children and twenty grandchildren who are now an active and integral part of the company, Recuperi Pugliesi Srl successfully operates in the waste recycling sector assuming a leading position in Southern Italy.

For this purpose, it has established relationships of maximum collaboration with various plants, at the forefront of the national territory, in order to ensure the correct recycling of waste and the optimal start of recovery at paper mills, ironworks and / or foundries and processing plants and also built at its headquarters a plant for the processing and recovery of plastic materials after washing and extrusion with the obtaining of granules.

It is therefore capable of effectively solving any problem that interests the waste producer, whether it belongs to large industry or to small artisanal businesses, by intervening on the causes that gave rise to the problem. Furthermore, it is able to fully satisfy the needs of the Municipalities and Municipalized Companies, being of considerable importance the activity relating to the provision of Urban Hygiene services with the primary and essential purpose of bringing the smallest percentage of collected waste to landfills.

Among its sectors of intervention, the activity relating to industrial scrapping and / or demolition is of considerable importance; in fact, Recuperi Pugliesi has the possibility of cutting-edge equipment for scrapping and demolition, a significant fleet of vehicles, a considerable number of mobile cranes and, finally, has contracts with the most important ironworks and / or foundries. national; all this allows those who turn to Recuperi Pugliesi to be able to rely on an impeccable service. The activity is carried out in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation No. 333/2011 containing the criteria by virtue of which iron scrap and some types of non-ferrous metals lose the qualification of waste pursuant to Directive 2008/98 EC of the Parliament European - AFNOR certified activity.

Closely linked to all activities is that relating to the remediation of contaminated sites that the company carries out with excellent results.

The Company's commitment is always aimed at improving the services offered for the total satisfaction of the Customer. In this sense, it has already adopted the quality management system since 2000, obtaining ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. The certified services are all attributable to the complete and exhaustive design of the correct management of waste, as well as for services environmental remediation (for ISO 9001).

Recuperi Pugliesi pays particular attention to the health and safety of workers and to this end requested and obtained on 10/09/2013 the ISO 18001 certification - Certiquality Srl certification body.

In April 2015, Recuperi Pugliesi adopted the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, limited to the risk of criminal association pursuant to art. 416 CP, the risk of environmental crimes and the risk of crimes linked to the violation of accident prevention regulations and the protection of hygiene and health in the workplace. On 16/04/2015 the Supervisory Body with a collegial composition was established.

The export activity deserves particular mention; Recuperi Pugliesi has set up an import-export office within it. Having obtained from the Customs the authorization for the electronic transmission of the customs bill, he undertook the exports of MPS by automatically sending the customs bill electronically and, through the so-called Out of circuit, receives the 'goods visit' from the officials at his plant customs. Finally, in order to start exporting plastic, paper and iron waste to China, it requested and obtained from the People's Republic of China - following a long and laborious investigation - on 03/06/2015 the AQSIQ license now in the process of renewal.

Subsequently, with the introduction of specific laws on waste management (DPR 915 / '82; Legislative Decree 22/97, up to the current Legislative Decree 152/2006), Recuperi Pugliesi Srl A SOLE SOCIO has transformed and specialized in the correct management of the various types of waste : urban and similar (from differentiated and separate collections); non-assimilated and dangerous special products (of essentially industrial or artisanal origin or produced by companies / organizations in the tertiary sector).
