The Monti Amato srl company was founded in 1952 as a company that collects only paper material intended for paper mills. It then extends its field of action to metals in general, plastics and rags. Since 1994 it has been operating in the waste sector, providing complete and professional services.

Currently 25,000 tons of paper material are processed annually, which is appropriately selected for quality, packaged and sent to the paper mill for its final use and as many tons of non-hazardous special waste with a recovery rate of about 80%.

Monti Amato srl guarantees the collection, transport, sorting, recycling, storage and disposal of special non-hazardous waste . The sorting of those materials not previously selected such as wood, iron, nylon and metals allows us to offer a service at reduced costs compared to landfilling, increasing the quantities of recovered material and contributing to greater protection of the environment. The collection takes place through the placement of various types of equipment in private businesses and public bodies, but also through the use of vehicles equipped with cranes with spider and roll-off vehicles.

On 05/01/2009 the individual company MONTI AMATO was transferred to the company MONTI AMATO SRL of which Mr. Amato Monti is the sole director. It has further renewed the equipment, equipped itself with a mechanical selection system and a purification system for washing the vehicles. It has extended its operational area by including intermediation among its activities and acquiring new customers in the province of Bologna where waste management has been entrusted to qualified personnel specifically hired by the company.

The company's policy is aimed at encouraging upstream selection by providing companies with the necessary equipment for separate collection such as compacting bins and roll-off bins of various types, suitable for the transport of solid, muddy / wet waste, equipped with different methods of coverage. but it is also able to carry out an accurate sorting of the collected material through manual and mechanical selection in its warehouse.

The experience acquired, the versatility of the vehicles and the state-of-the-art equipment allow the Monti Amato srl company to offer complete services with a “turnkey” formula at competitive rates. Making use of the collaboration of external suppliers and thanks to commercial agreements with plants and landfills, it is able to effectively collect and transport all types of special hazardous and non-hazardous waste and to send any type of waste coming from any production process throughout the national territory.

Finally, in 2010 it extended the trade in waste paper to European and non-European countries.

Mr. Amato Monti received in 2006 the SPECIAL AWARD for over 40 years of running the business and in 2010 the honor of AMBASSADOR OF COMMERCE for over 50 years of business.
