Our company history

1960

Company founded by Leopold Binder in Salzburg. The first location was at Röckelbrunnstrasse 62 (back of today's Bauhaus). 1968

1968

In that year the company moved from Röckelbrunnstrasse to Eugendorf. At that time Eugendorf 71, where the house was also built.

1976

Takeover of the now established company from son-in-law Max Thonhofer.

1990

Conversion of the company and adaptation to the state-of-the-art technology at the time. 1999 The son Gerald Thonhofer takes over the company.

2005

Upgrade of the vehicle fleet with a small truck and a 30 tonne weighbridge. Modernization of the surface wastewater system (oil and petrol separator) according to the latest environmental guidelines and laws.

2011

In response to many requests from customers and in order to meet the ever increasing demands, our fleet has been increased to three trucks. With our tipper with crane, the 6 t city unroller with crane and a 20 ton hoe, we are able to meet all customer requirements perfectly

2013/2014

After construction began in September 2013, we moved to our new company location in Nordstrasse 10, 5301 Eugendorf in June 2014. This offers us around 4000 m2 of work space, half of which is covered. The warehouse was equipped with a stationary crane.

2018

An additional workshop was built on the same premises to service and repair the company's own containers, machines, trucks and lifting devices.
